Marche Home Care is there for exactly those moments.
We're based locally in Le Marche, with a focus on the area around Cingoli and Macerata. That means we can get there quickly, and we work with local contacts for maintenance and repairs.
Our story
Some people come to Le Marche for a holiday. We came for love. For Italy, to be precise. For people who still seem to have time, for long tables full of food, for the climate, the hills, the quiet, and that particular feeling you get driving down a small country lane and thinking: yes, this is where I want to be.
So we stayed.
Jeroen and Simone now live permanently near Cingoli. We bought an old project house that we're slowly, patiently turning into our own palazzo over the coming years. A little ambitious, maybe. But we simply like being around houses.
And that's exactly why we know what it feels like to have a home in Italy where you're not always around.
A pool that needs attention. A garden that suddenly decides it's spring. A leaking tap. A house that, after a few months empty, feels just slightly different than when you left. Or simply the reassurance of knowing someone pops in to check that everything is as it should be.
That's what we do.
With our personal property management in Le Marche, we keep an eye on holiday homes for foreign owners who don't live in Italy full time. No big office with a call centre, just Jeroen and Simone. We know the area, we know the houses, and we're here ourselves.
And maybe the most important part: we look after your home the way we want to look after our own palazzo.

Jeroen is happiest where there's something to do. Repairs, maintenance, the garden, the pool, small jobs and practical problems. If something isn't working the way it should, he goes and takes a look. And if nothing's wrong, he checks anyway.

Simone pays attention to the other things. Interior, planning, plants, arrival preparation and the feel of the home. So a property isn't just technically sound, but also feels good when you open the door again after months away.
