Don't live in Italy full time? Then regular oversight of your home matters. With our key holding and house checks around Cingoli and Macerata, we keep an eye on your property all year round. Depending on what you'd like, we visit your home every two weeks or once a month.

During a check we look at things like:

• windows, doors and locks
• leaks and damp issues
• signs of pests
• storm or other damage
• water and electricity
• the general condition of the property
• post and any documents that have arrived

After every visit you get a short report with photos. That way you know exactly what we've seen, without having to wait for your next trip to Italy.
